Welcome to UniformWala. We are committed to providing premium quality school, college, corporate, industrial, and customized uniforms along with bags, shoes, accessories, and related products. Please read our standard policies carefully before placing an order.
Product Quality
- All products are manufactured using high-quality fabrics and materials.
- Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
- Slight variations in color, stitching, or design may occur due to photography, lighting, or manufacturing processes.
- Customized products are produced based on customer-approved specifications.
Size & Measurement Policy
- Customers are requested to refer to our Size Chart before placing an order.
- For bulk orders, measurements should be verified before production.
- UniformWala is not responsible for incorrect size selection made by customers.
- Customized uniforms cannot be exchanged due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or advance payment (where applicable).
- Customized and bulk orders require design approval before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Pricing Policy
- All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
- Shipping charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.
Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
- Customized and bulk orders generally require additional production time.
- Delivery delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged only if:
- Incorrect product is delivered.
- Wrong size is delivered by UniformWala.
- Product is damaged during delivery.
- Manufacturing defect is found.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs of the product.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- Damaged product received.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Manufacturing defects.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized uniforms
- Embroidered products
- Printed uniforms
- Bulk manufactured products
- Used or washed products
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from UniformWala.
Customized Orders
Customized products include:
- School uniforms
- College uniforms
- Corporate uniforms
- Hospital uniforms
- Hotel uniforms
- Industrial uniforms
- Security uniforms
- Sports uniforms
Customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.
Bulk Order Policy
For institutional and bulk orders:
- Advance payment is required.
- Production starts after final approval.
- Delivery schedule will be shared before manufacturing.
- Quantity variations of ±2% may occur during production.
Payment Policy
We accept secure payments through:
- UPI
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Bank Transfer
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Warranty
UniformWala guarantees products against manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to improper washing
- Accidental damage
- Color fading caused by incorrect washing methods
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should:
- Provide accurate measurements.
- Verify order details before confirming.
- Provide a valid delivery address and contact number.
- Inspect products immediately after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logo
- Product images
- Designs
- Graphics
- Text
- Branding
are the exclusive property of UniformWala and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
UniformWala shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners.
- Loss due to incorrect customer information.
- Force majeure events.
- Minor color or fabric variations.
- Customer measurement errors.
